Rio Del Mar Remodel-Addition

This was truly a fun project. The client purchased a very run down home in a great neighborhood. Initially we were going to only remodel the home. As we progressed, the clients really felt they needed more space. We revamped the entire floor plan and add a second story addition. With an affinity for modern design, the clients brought their love of color the project (we spent a lot of time with Farrow and Ball!). We carefully selected a color palette that would be both playful and sophisticated. Our favorite elements include the front door, the amazing Fireclay tile in the primary bathroom, the stair railing, the black Marvin Windows with the horizontal lites, and of course the Inkyra Blue cabinets.
