New Construction Project - Westside, Santa Cruz

The homeowners purchased the land with the plans already approved to build a new home. Unfortunately, the home was not exactly their style architecturally. We worked with the client to create a layout and aesthetic that more closely matched their lifestyle and vision. Our favorite elements include the La Cornue range, the Italian Calacatta Marble backsplash & countertops, the Pratt and Larson herringbone tile in the primary bathroom and the wallpaper in the powder room!
